On Friday night I officially got my first lay since getting into PU.

Problem is, it was a fairly poor effort on my part...and I was shocked at how much trouble I had.

It has been a while since my last lay so I was thinking it could have been that? But when screwing again on Sunday night/morning the same thing happened.

I spoke to some close friends, and they were saying it could be some expectation of having to be 'great in bed', or expecting her to orgasm like crazy and putting pressure on myself.

Sounds reasonable.

Although what I believe may be causing this is the fact we make out like crazy and get fairly heated before having sex...by the time we eventually have it...i'm spent! ...f*ck.

I have a feeling we may see each other at the end of this week...should I just cut the shit and slam her? At least that way I SHOULD be solid for a while...

Don't put too much pressure on yourself about the whole inability to stay up. Who knows the true root of it, but most times it is anxiety. I will tell you that the first time that it happened to me, I was mortified. Come to find out, it's perfectly normal, it happens to tons of guys.

As far as what you should to this week... I would just get right down to the nitty gritty, I would cut the foreplay in half or so then get down to business.
