Yesterday I said to myself that I had to try out this opener, since many people here are having succes with it.

I quickly found a target and I made sure she noticed me. I didn't really get clear IOI's so I wasn't 2 sure if it would work.
Anywayz I tried to grab all my balls together to approach since I'm suffering from AA with my first set (always).

*breath in/breath out* and GO !

Me: *touching her shoulder*
HB: *turning towards me*
Me: Are you shy or something?
HB: No.. why?
Me: Well... I've been standing here for like the past 15 minutes and you STILL haven't said hi !
HB: Well.. you didn't either?

*All done in a playful/confidence manner*

(Had to foresee this answer , didn't really know what to reply )

Me: Well I did now ^^ (Going AFC mode)
HB: Facial expression: *Acknowledging me*

Then I completely ignored her and went back 2 my friends.
Few minutes later... Her group walked past us. I thought they were leaving or whatever Again a few minutes later, her group stood 10m away from mine.
My mate almost went to the group to ask if they were stalking us, but I felt like we did enough already so I just gave some non-verbal signals (pointing at them that they were following us and stuff and pretend that we were talking about them).

Anywayz it was closing time, target nowhere to be seen. Didn't really care anymore also
When we went outside we bumped into them again, but I just kept walking without giving them attention.

Then her friend shouted at me to come back:

*Me walking towards them and in a very confidence/cocky mood*

HBfriend: Do you want her number?
Me: Of that shy girl? *Doubtfull face* You know what.. I'll give you mine We'll see what happens next.

Next morning, I got a text from HB She said like: Since you're not planning of sending me something, I'll send you blablablabla...

I'm not a big fan of texting/calling first, maybe that's a wrong idea that I have...

Now my question :

Can anyone come up with some good answer to the 'well you didn't either' line...?
Any other feedback is also welcome offcourse ! Still got a lot 2 learn

Just off the top of my head, you could reply with

"Well you know how it goes, ladies first"

or

"I was giving you a chance to be different from other girls to come and talk to ME"

in a funny/smiling way of course

I quite like the second one as well.

I'd always get their number & text/call them first though. Just to flip that "leader" attraction switch.

I read a good post about it somewhere, but it's a massive DLV if you don't lead.

Hmmm I understand what you're saying but maybe the girl will think that I'm an easy guy or something. I don't want to come off as a guy who she can get whenever she feels like. I'd like play hard2get sometimes lol

In my opinion, let the girl work after the approach. You did the first steps in the game, it's her turn now....

Just to add my two cents. This is probably my favorite opener, just because it's not really canned material (can i get your opinion blah blah), it shows you're bold and take initiative, and it's funny. Here's what happened last night.

I was at a party and noticed this one very cute girl was glancing at me every so often. Then when I turned my back to her my buddy told me she was staring at me with her friend the whole time my back was too her. I turn around, make eye contact, and walk straight over to her.

Me: I'm really pissed at you two.
HBs: Omg! Why??
Me: Because I've been standing over there with my friends for 15 mins and neither one of you has introduced yourself to me.
HB: (Smiles and blushes)Hi I'm xxx.
Me: Hi I'm Adam.

And I just took it from there. Asked them how they knew each other, pegged her as being the bad girl etc. Then said to my target "Alright I'm getting back to my friends now, but you're gonna find me later and we're gonna talk." She smiled and agreed, and sure enough she found me later that night.

It's all about confidence, boys.
