I'm new to the forum but have been learning about the game for 3 months. Kind of a long read but it's complicated. Just read "the BAD" if you don't have time.

So, there's this girl that I like and I'm not sure what to do. I started talking to her because we would share rides home from college together. She randomly came to my room one day to borrow something and then started making up reasons to come see me. But, everytime she comes to me or I come to her she's with her friends. Now, she's usually 100% focused on me despite this, but I'm wondering why she doesn't visit alone or if it's a way of saying "this isn't a date". The only time we are alone is in the car, and we have a great time.
The GOOD:
So I usually try and use her friends to my advantage by keeping them interested but controlling the convo so it's still mainly between me and her. And I jokingly pick favorites between her and her friends. This along with proper body language seems to make them jealous and compete against each other for my attention. We also have an excellent txting game. Not everyday but it's always funny/entertaining even if it starts out innocently. We've got lot's of inside jokes and I've had some good NEGs. IOI's from her are "you're funny" and "tell me your stories!". She also invited me to visit another college last friday and over to her room to meet a friend last saturday but I was busy both times.
The BAD:
1. No kino. My friend said that I could definitely hook up with her but she's never alone. My other friend said DO NOT hook up and ask her out first or else it will be awkward and I'll lose her. I don't want to wait for LJFB.
2. Her best friend hinted that she likes me but I am not man enough for her. This was a total shock to me because she knows I'm straight. I'm kind of skinny but I play sports and go to the gym. Should I dhv more about this? What should I do? Thanks in advance.

It sounds like this girl is definitely interested in you, but you're only main issue is getting her alone. Do you have her number or do you ever see her when she's not around her friends? If so, just tell her you want to hang out with her without her friends around or tell her you're doing something and she should come along.
