a lot of compounds of Fluoride is poisonous so I wouldn't recommend it on tap.

It's good for teeth, but not for flesh.

Flouride is a poison. They put it in the water to dumb the public down. However for those of you not ready to wake up to "conspiracy" theories.......Flouride is PROVEN to damage teeth.

In the video he states to make sure you have a product that doe NOT contain it!

Sure no problem.

Tooth brush (medium bristle)
hydrogen peroxide (3%)
baking soda
floss
fluoride free toothpaste
organic/natural mouthwash (any kind except common washes like Listerine)
water from the faucet!

hope this has helped, lemme know if you have any more questions

Proportions dont need to be precise. For the mouthwash (after flossing), one third water, one third hp, one third natural mouth wash (NOT SCOPE OR LISTERINE, if you dont have a natural one, just use hp and water).

On the brush, just a little baking soda and sea salt. In fact I usually shake off any excess sea salt/bs.

Less is more!

=D

Hmm not to sure were to get that stuff in england... Anyways nice vid, if i can lay my hand on the stuff ill give it a go.

P.s floride is proven to strengthen teeth, the downside to it is that it is a poisen, and a high level of it actualy contributes to cancer, though this is an extreme amount were talking here people. Its a good idea to have a floride toothpaste untill you have some wisdom teeth, then brush the hell out of them, and you can live without the stuff from then on.

Not quite. Do a google search on fluoride, there are multiple studies citing that after initially strengthening teeth, fluoride weakens enamel to a point below where you started at.

Dream.. Have you ever thought of making a pre-mixed mouthwash.. Just adding the 1/3 water, HP and mouthwash.. I don't see why it wouldn't work..

DO NOT USE BAKING SODA more then 2-3 times a week MAX.

It WILL fuck up your teeth.

It does whiten them though. but no more then 3 times a week MAX and spread out.

baking soda is abrasive. In the video he said to use a little which I think should be fine. I once tried to whiten my teeth by brushing a lot of baking soda for 5 minutes. I ended up scraping my teeth and gums and I was in pain for a week.
