What is the best way to respond to a woman who says something about her weight? For example:

"I'm so fat."
"I'm gonna get fat."
"I don't want to go to the beach because I'm fat."
"I can't eat that because I'm going to get fat."

Most of the time the women I get these from are not fat at all and have relatively slim and healthy figures. I would think about dropping a DeAngelo such as "I didn't want to say anything" but I don't want to come off as an asshole. And the whole fear that the wrong comment could be disastrous (like anorexia). Aside from all the fear how would you handle the situation?
