I know most of the answers you are seeking. If need be I will search it for you if I do not currently know, or will point you in the correct direction you are wanting.

This is absolutely serious, I am very passionate about being a strongman/power-lifting competitor and am rather addicted to the gym :)

So shoot.

alright, i'm an ectomorph so i'm a power lifter. Since i'm using so much weight (benching, stuff like that) should i work out everyday? or just 3 times a day? right now i work the whole body once every 3 days, that way twice a week, but my joints are starting to get sore, what do u think? 3 times a week (working the body once a week) or 6 times a week (working the body 2 times a week)?

I am actually on a current routine that works your body once a week.

Military Press, Deadlift, Benchpress, Squat.

You should allow your body 100% recovery, otherwise you just keep breaking yourself down and get close to nowhere.

It is 5/3/1 by Jim Wendler, if you don't know him look him up.

You lift 3x a week, mon/wed/friday. Thats it. Its a strength and size program. Very simplistic and very effective. I am willing to share it if you would like.

Are you taking any supplements? I will post a pic of mine that I currently am taking if you want.

I've started to walk to rebuild the front of my legs to get ready to run and will be swimming or playing racketball twice a week. I'll be walking and/or running every day I can. Also am taking in more protien to help muscle and drop hunger while still eating 4-5 times a day. Is there anything else I should be doing to quicken my results?

You should be doing squats. Be it box squats or just the typical squat, followed by leg curls to balance out your legs.

Taking in that protein will eventually turn to fat if you have no muscle to actually rebuild. Running/playing basketball will reduce your body fat%.

If you want to get bigger and stronger legs you need to start doing compound exercises. i.e. squats.

Remember that your form > the amount of weight you do.
