Well I met a nice young lady at my X's going away party. Spoke to her alot when I was their. Then didnt speak to her for 2 weeks after.

Managed to get her number by saving it after my x's phone ran out of battery and I needed to call her sneaky ay!

Anyway, its been like 5 weeks since the x left the country and Ive seen this bird a few times. I get a few IOI's but she has told me shed feel bad cos shes was such good friends with the x.

Going to c her this week some time and MUST kiss close. Otherwise im giving up on her. Any ideas or tips guys? Im aware that shes interested but just havnt quiet won her over...

It sounds like you know what you're doing because you've already realized that a k-close is crucial at this point. Just use push pull kino techniques. She might put up some barriers for you (doesn't want to do that to her friend or whatever other bullshit). She'll put barriers up but she wants you to plow through and break them down. That way, she can tell herself it "just happened" which is what most women want in a situation like this. She "did the best she could" so to speak.

Yeah im aware I need a K-close.

The thing is Im having issues organising another catchup with her where i can perform this kclose.

I call her and chat and then usually ask her if shes free later that night (eg call friday arvo or on sat) but its usually to late and she has plans.

I dont really like texting to make arangements cos she can easily blow them off if she feels the slightest bit hesitant.

wrote on her "wall" on facebook today and I think she just blew it off.....

I would suggest you take it easy for a little bit. Seems to me she's ignoring you (obviously). I would through out a Steve method of ignoring her for a bit (Tao of Steve).
Next time you call her ask her a silly question that makes no sense, like "what's your favorite flavor of bowling ball?" (taken from The Game by Neil Strauss). somthing stupid to make her laugh
Depending on how she answers lets say for instance she she says, " I didn't know bowling balls had flavors??" or "you're dumb, meh" neg her with "I thought it would be an interesting question to ask and that you were an interesting person but i guess not"
