Sweetheart is in my oppinion always ideal to use, maybe not while your pulling off your opener, but at mid. Thing about the word 'Sweetheart' is, that it is just a tiny bit degrading (especially with the right tone in your voice), and gives some minor references to "the good ol' days where women were born only so they could please men".

Thus it is working as a minor neg and makes you a little alpha as well.

"Peach Pair Plum"... or "my little peachy"!!
It sounds sweet but they are really negs i.e Peach, Pear, Plum...Her - "Why do you call me that". Me - "i like fruit alot". Her - confused, "really". Me - well that and also you have a face of a peach, the body of a pair and a bum like a plum" ;) If it offends her just say "what, your bum is small and purt like a plum and your face is as sweet as a peach and well your body like erm a pair and laugh clearly all this is in a C & F way
