Anyone have a daily regimen? Something like christian bale in american psycho. Any daily lotions/peels etc. I have bad skin.

I used to have pretty bad skin and it has improved a lot over the past few years. Of course everyone's skin is different but this is whats worked for me and hopefully it'll help.
I ate a bit healthier and supplement with vitamins minerals and antioxidants daily. The reason this helps is because nutritional deficiencies or flaws internally usually get resolved by escaping through your skin.
It might seem like common sense but keep your face clean. If its dirty wash it and make sure you nor anyone else touches it with dirty hands.
Stick to natural products, if it gets expensive at least use less chemicals on face.
Make sure you shave properly with a product that opens pores(all name brand shaving gels/creams do just the opposite) and proceed to shave properly. In case you didn't know first you shave down to remove the top layer of hair, then up to open the pores and get a deeper shave, and down once again for any hair you've missed and close your pores back up. Lastly Apply aftershave of choice.
I typically use an exfoliating scrub when I shower. You don't have to go all out with the scrub, any cheap scrub you can get at Target, Wal-mart or drugstores should do just fine. Also make sure your face is moisturized.

A lot of tips here are from my girlfriend because my skin wasn't so hot when i met her. I just did what she did because she has beautiful skin, now I'm happy with my skin and she is.
