alright so after reading this stuff, even with the three second rule, my mind goes crazy and I can't relax and plan out what I am saying when I talk to HBs...I just keep thinking okay...keep eye contact, use a neg, was that an IoI? and I don't actually concentrate on what I say as much :?


any techniques to relax and take it step by step?...thank in aadvance

read everything...seems like ur on the KJ stage...after that DO NOT LOOK AT IT ANYMORE...you will end up creating shit in the moment or remembering...You have to make mistakes...
