Getting numbers isn't the real problem here. The main thing you're doing wrong is that you're not having productive conversations which lead naturally towards you having to exchange numbers. Ponder that for a while. What is it that you're actualy talking about?

If you're doing routines or fluff talk or whatever, then you have no valid reason to exchange numbers so you find yourself thinking about how to get it so you can get the hell outta there (and that can cause a bit of awkwardness). So, obviously you wanna be doing less of the fluffing cos that's just gonna have you going in circles. When you're talking to a girl, you should be suggesting meeting up again at some stage... if you do that, it's only natural for you to get her number so you can call her and arrange a good time. So, your real issue is how to go about doing that, isn't it?

im pretty good with conversation, its just that i dont know exactly what to say when im through with the conversation. what im asking is just for some closes like maybe we should see each other again for example.......just stuff like that

In fairness, the first one is probably all you need. Focusing on fancy techniques of extracting the digits will not make you a better pickup artist. Following Sol's advice will.
