So i get a call this last weekend from a HB i havent talked to in a while wondering what i was up to, long story short we ended up hanging out that night. everything was going good, got back to where she was staying and was in bed with her, started some heavy making out got her shirt off and had my hands down her pants, then when i tried to pull off her pants she gave some non verbal resistance, so i backed up a little bit, and then after a little while I tried again and she stops and looks at me and says, someones moving a little fast arent they? so i said yeah i know, you really should slow down because i feel like you are just using me, she giggled and we continued to make out and then nothing ever really happened after that we just started cuddling and went to sleep, where did i go wrong? and what can i do next time to ensure this doesnt happen?

You did a good job man. That was some witty reverse psychology you pulled with the whole moving fast line. The next best thing to do in this situation in my opinion is a "freezeout". So once she resists tell her "It's ok, I completely understand." This is very hard, but you have to act like its not a big deal at all, like you do this to girls all the time. This will not only make her crave the attention she misses, but will raise your value. Just act indifferent and understanding. Then roll over in bed, grab a computer and check your email or something. Do everything, but give her attention. When she begs for your attention after a little you can try again. The only difference is this time she will be the one who is going to make the first move. Point to your neck and say "Bite me right here." When she bites you, say "No, Like this." Bite her softly on the neck and then move to her lips and try to do everything over again. Be confident and strong. I know you will do just fine. Good luck.
