Does anyone get break outs from taking these types of supplements. I've recently taken NO Xplode and White Flood and they always make my face and back break out. The results are good, but is it worth to have acne if you're getting bigger?

hmmmmmmmmmmm

The creatine is not responsible in a direct way, im not sure whats in NO explode but if it contains allot of sugar then it could cause breakouts, if not then it could be the hormonal boost you get from taking weight gainers, pumping iorn and taking supplements causes testosterone to shoot up temporarily, it will also gradually increase. So thats my guess as to whats causin it. I had some minor acne a few years ago, proactive works really well as i remember.

Your asking people if its worth it for you to have acne if your getting bigger. Your the only one that can answer that

It could literally be anything. The only 2 things that would directly cause acne from these products would be an allergy or the possible elevation of blood pressure. Is it worth it? Well, that's a personal choice but for me the mere benefits of NO products would never be worth having acne. Just personal opinion of course.

Just thought i would let you know that in my opinion if anything made me feel ill or cause a rash or any other unsual symptoms then i would stop taking it.

It is obvious your body is not reacting well so why put your body in a stressful situation. I don't think it is worth it. Plus you can achieve great results without creatine, HMB etc

I've noticed that the powder has somtimes made me come out in acne and spots, Tablets for me seem to be fine but I'm going to stick off the powder!
