I could see what coming from wiht the fear of man titties, no girl wants that, benching is great compound move, that got my triceps big ( women always complment my triceps thinking its a bicep you never cuase you dont have to flex your arms to get them showing) and i barely do a workout hitting them)

But i agree wiht everything else that you said, for bulking squats, deadlifts and pullups are the way to go.

With supplements the company does not have to prove that it works, FDA only has prove that its harmful. These test usualy take 5-10 years of studying so please be careful when taking them, cuase they could be a complete waste of money or harmful.

If you were going to pick one up tho, just go wiht a simple whey protien. If you can afford it, just boil and egg, or eat tuna from a can ( although tuna is great source of protien, it has high mercury level and alimium)

I guess everyone has a different perspective on training to accomplish their personal set out goals. Mine are more about an overall symmetry of muscular development, a perfect balance in all groups which is why this regimen wouldn't fit my needs. However, it is nice to see someone with a not so typical routine with a different spin on goals. As far as titties go, that is dependant on 2 main things; fat content and gynecomastia(breast glands usually developed during puberty). Bench pressing/chest workouts in itself won't give you a tittie look. I've found that most women love a nice chest which is why I find it important to hit it hard with all variations of bench press and flys. But as I said it's all personal preference, good read none the less 8)

thx mate.

i should come clean and admit i did a TON of chest work back in the day, and built up pecs.

but i never felt results and stoked from benching like i did from more compound exercises, and i would like to get back to a more lean muscular like jason statham, and less like the bulky polish weightlifter that i am. :)

I do hang-clean with a barbell once a week, but for some reason it never occurred to me I could do it with dumbbells. Quite a challenge when you add the press move to it as well. Thanks for posting this Sean, I think it's going to become a regular part of my routine.

After about 45 minutes of lifting your body releases a chemical that actually hinders your gains and takes it away.

yeah it sure is simple,

but does this really work, just 4 compound exercises a week divided over 4 days? :P

ive been out of BBing for a few years but i to start again since i kinda became skinny.

i have trouble holding motivation for the sport but i think i can succeed with these workouts.

4 x20 mins, compound only, i have a home gym now so lets go i guess :P

thanks

hey sean
really nice vid, help me out please

Im really inspired by your vid, I havent got much time to work out and this is perfect for me(so I think, at least :P)

could you write down to me whats the "program", what are exactly the equipment in which I should do each set 'cause Im brasilian and didnt hear precisely, I don't know itsnames or the slangs hehe

Im thin and never worked out, still, I really like my body proportions, so my biggest interest is having strength, some beautiful muscles, thicker arms and that hot thin-but-healthy look
a bit like chris cornell, you know?
so, would this way of working out fit?
