This isnt a shit test. She is probably a bit drunk, but that is also besides the point.

The point is that you are the person on her mind at this time, late at night, where she is probably feeling any combination of bored/lonely/horny. That she calls or sms'es or messages you means that you have hit her attraction buttons correctly lately, and for whatever reasons, she believes you are the best solution to fill in her blank. Pun intended, and not just for humor.

Her: Are you there? Wake up!!
Me: I am now, come on over.

Basically get her to meet you at your place, be funny, be nice, be whatever, but get convince her to come over. Going out to meet her is a possibility too, but you have to be careful of a) her being a drunk flake and standing you up somehow and b) getting played yourself, so you are suddenly jumping thru her hoops. Make it into a game, and set a time constraint as well (important if she is drunk), so that she wont forget and you dont sit up all night waiting.

I will go out to meet the girl on the condition that she is trustworthy and dependable (isnt going to disrespect me/flake/etc), and as well that I feel she is worth the effort. Regardless, I always play push/pull and try to get her over to mine first, but that isnt always possible. Playing doctor and giving housecalls in the middle of the night can be quite fun tho, and puts you right up in her sexy, spontaneous, and adventurous book, just keep it balanced so you arent just her boytoy.

say something like, im going to starbucks or buy a present for a friend (best if its a female freind) and need a womans opinion on what to get. follow up with asking her if she wants to come.. its not directly asking her to go on a date with you but thats what it really ends up being at the end of the day.
