She's just got a bubbly personality and is touchy-feely with people. Lots of girls are like this, and it isn't uncommon for good looking girls to have a lot of guy friends. The reason for this is down to one of the following things, or a combination of both:

1. She gets along better with guys in general. This could be down to girls being jealous and bitchy towards her because of her looks/attitude, or maybe her personality just happens to click with guys better. I've dated girls like this before.

2. They're playing the friend angle in the hopes of getting somewhere with her. She will actually date very few of those guys because of the friend zone thing, and their inability to make proper moves in the case that she is actualy interested. This comes down to the guys not being able to read the signals she is giving them, or simply being too afraid to act upon them because they don't want to risk the friendship.

She's just a friendly outgoing person. Nothing more, nothing less.

Neither. I'm a guy and know her. It was just a curious question.

My older French friend that I met in the thriving town of Parnu, Estonia would say that she needs a real man instead of dee boy child. He would then find the girl in question and turn her into a woman. He is old school French. Still some of them running around medium sized Eastern European towns. Actually, they are very wise in that creepy old school French way. Once they die out the French will be as lame as the rest of Western Europe.
