Julius Fast's "Body Language" is a great introduction into body language. Can be found on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Body-Language-Jul ... 0671673254

The chapter most people read, related to seduction and body language is Chapter 7, which can be found online http://www.scribd.com/doc/273432/Julius ... d-DeAngelo

The book is also recommended by David De Angelo. :)

I wouldn't really bother reading much in the way of body language, I read a tome of a book called people watching and it contained everything.

Essentially motives are what make people convey messages through their body language, head down whilst walking= leave me alone, any part of a body being protected (legs crossed) conveys either a weakness or a need to protect something (legs crossed = protecting sexual organs).

In short skim read a book in a book shop then sit in a coffee shop for an afternoon people watching and rather than analyzing it let your subconscious do all the work for you, then reverse engineer the feelings (that guy looks creepy, why? etc).

As for mastering your body language there loads of resources scattered about the internet for PUA body language tips :)

You don't really need to read too much on body language in my experience. Just understand some basics and be aware of it in social settings and you'll learn. The best sources I've come across are Cajun's articles on the subject:

http://cajunsspice.blogspot.com/2008/01 ... art-2.html

http://cajunsspice.blogspot.com/2008/04 ... g-omg.html

and an article about James Dean's body language:

As for reading other peoples' BL you'll get the basics on any website or in any book. Look into 'open and closed signals or gestures' and 'preening'.

David d's material on body language is rather good. Badboy Lifestyles material is really good as well, but you'll feel funny at first (my own experience) as it is really alpha and masculine body language.
