It happened 1 time, chill the hell out. If it happens every time, then you might have an issue, but it's most likely that it's psychological.

I have the opposite problem. I have trouble taking too long sometimes. This usually happens my first time with a girl. Once we are in the boyfriend/girlfriend stage i dont seem to have a problem. I guess i need an emotional attachment or to be more relaxed. I think being anxious causes this. So what i do, is if i think im gonna have sex i dont masterbate for a few days. Also this problem makes me HATE condoms since it makes it 10x harder for me to finish. I can get a boner fine but then i start stressing about not finishing instead of enjoying it. Once im in a relationship i stop stressing though.

Since you have the opposite problem i would say wear a condom and whack one out right before you are suppose to hang out with the girl.

Ok that sucks... my advice is to just keep going if you can. Maybe I'm blessed with this one but after I come I slow it down for a bit but keep going untill it goes hard again. This way you can give/get multiple orgasms.
