If a girl sees you in the hot tub and decides to get in I would almost consider that an IOI! In that case it would be pretty easy to open her!

It is a good opportunity to use the tension test too!!

You don't need an opener. By getting in the tub with you she opened you. You don't need anything clever just start talking about how good it feels or how you love hot tubs or whatever.

If she had looked at you in the tub and didn't want to get in with you then you would have had to open her.

On the one hand its funny. On the other, you dont want to get the girls to acess this mind gate, a reason to stay away from you. Instead neg her, and give her a reason why you want to stay away from her. Can be seen as role reversal to an extent :

OMG DID YOU JUST FART!? (Pointing at bubble near her)

right ok.... i think i get the idea.... it's just i'm in canada SPAM training as a ski instructor and i was inthe hotel jakuzi with a cig and a beer when this girl comes in. i just kinda smiled at her and she just seemed to close her eyes and lye back, looking at the ceiling......

Is it harder than going "Oh, there you are, I've been waiting almost 10 minutes now... did you bring my beer?" and grin ?

If she jumps into a jakuzi with only you there it's pretty much a definite IOI.

At least that's the only sensible way to interpret it.


So just throw out whatever to get a convo started.
It wouldn't matter what as long as it gets her opened.

unfortunatly half the time when i even open i normally get ignored..... i mean being in a french speaking part of canada doesn't help when my french is fairly shit.... but even the english speaking ones most ly look at me like i'm some sort of freak....

Well, since seeing you in the hot tub and still getting in with you is an IOI, you could take almost any approach to it ans long as you don't throw a simple yes or no question.

Also in this case I would stay away from the C/F attitude! While being funny and laughing is a way good to ease tension and relax, I would consider 'this' a different kind of relaxation. Work in to asking her about her day! If you ask the right questions she'll subconsciously start to relate being relaxed to being around you! Don't be boring though, ask her what brought her to the jacuzi...after a few minutes of fluff talk would be a good time to throw in the 'bubbles' and get a quick laugh.

I mean, you must have some Idea of what you did last time...
How's your body language ?
How's your inner game ?
How, how how... ;P

Do some self-observing.
Pay attention to how you act normally in these situations, and then give us something to work with.
Relax your body, even with drop dead gorgeous women, project your voice properly.. From the bottom of your lungs, slowly and steadily... Conveying self-confidence.

If it helps, open easily. "I need a female opinion on something... It's really important.... Snowboard or Skiing ?"

If she says snowboard tease her for it and find out why.
If she says skiing, tease her for being old fashioned, and find out why...

Lean back, and let her talk.
Then pay attention to your body...
Don't peck, etc.
