i am 15. i noticed some show called the pick up artist by some mystery guy and for so long i have been shy and nervous so i looked for the pick up artist on google and i found this forum! i am so desprit for a girlfriend i have no clue what to say to a girl once i approach her and i have no idea how to start a conversation and keep the conversation going. it feels so awkwerd talking to a girl and wheever a girl is close to me i get stiff and shy and nervous and get too scared to talk to her. do you guys know how i can lower my anxiety and boundaries and just be calm around any girl?

You also said "I am so desperate for a girlfriend." That's great, but to start with you'll have to first learn how to just get friends that are girls. Once you have this down, your interaction with females will increase, and getting a girlfriend will just be a matter of finding someone you like and enjoy spending time with.
