First of all, why did you text her to let her know you were gonna call? If you're gonna call her, just call her. And that reply... she is blowing you off. Bigtime. If she didn't wanna "start somethng" then she wouldn't have gone out with you in the first place. Something is off about this, it looks to me like she didn't have that great a time and is letting you down easy - either that or she's playing stupid games to try and get you more invested in her. Personally, I'd put her on the spot and ask why she went out with you last night if she didn't wanna start anything. She won't be able to give you a straight answer, I guarantee it.

Just text her back and be like "You think way too much... you make it sound like I wanna get married or something". Girls want fun, and if she is a busy lady and doesn't have time for a relationship then she needs to get certain things outside of the context of something serious.
