Well, my confidence building tips worked for noob_hacker.
I also have a post on my blog where I show my own training program for rapid improvement. And it shows tips for confidence.
Personally I like PUATraining.com's Approaching Confidence, and Hypnotica's Attractor Factor. I've also listened to The Supercharger Mindlab which works out well.
The easiest, cheapest resource for you to try is just plain, old music. And TV images.
You should watch South Park - the one where they have Caesar Milan training Cartman. He shows confidence, and builds instant dominance. You can watch it online.
And music I'd recommend - something aggressive, loud, and makes you feel bold and like there's a crazy new energy running through you. Limp Bizkit - Rollin' is the song I use to go crazy with. And I just listen to any other songs I like with cool lyrics to pick up my spirits, like Lil' Wayne - A Millie, Lil' Wayne - Got Money, (if you do day game, and want to be friendly this song is a good mindset builder) Jason Mraz - I'm Yours, Linkin Park - Numb (and Encore). I like the song numb, but it also makes me feel like not feeling emotion... Which I need if I want to have good delivery, and happiness.
My recommendation would be to combine all three types - start off with Approaching Confidence, go into a song - and while listening to the words, and interpreting the sounds you imagine being confident and examples of dominance.
I usually do this with Attractor Factor because it goes right into the words instead of plugging the site. And in the car ride, there isn't enough time to listen to all of it so I just listen to part of it. Then when I leave the car I switch to my iPod and listen to Rollin'. I imagine myself as a super saiyan, and I'm powering up. I give myself an aura of powerfuly, resonating energy. I also have blonde highlights, and an Asian. When I imagine myself powering up I try to imagine becoming the super saiyan level where Gohan starts giving off electric shocks. When I make the sound of it in my mind, and imagine having it I feel instant power energy.
Another tip - This is recommended to be done with eyes closed, so you shouldn't really drive... I'm too young to drive legally. But try this at home for a while. After 1-4 weeks of doing this everyday you'll feel great because you're constantly in that confident mode, and have been for a long time. I don't need to have my eyes closed anymore because I feel it just when I listen.
When you do listen to this - the confidence program - you should try to focus on it being in your third eye (forehead). For some reason it works better, and I've noticed a massive difference in its effectiveness.
I don't think it matter what you listen to - it's all about how it resonates with your mind and how you feel. You don't really need their programs... Although they can help.
