Will girls ever escalate?

I have a problem here, i struggle with escalating and taking the girl to the next level.
If im gaming a girl pretty good, over texting, instant messaging, phone or talking to her face to face or whatever, is a girl EVER going to try to #/f/k close you? Will SHE ever ask YOU out?
I know i know we guys are supposed to do that, but does that mean a girl will never ever do it?

I've had girls try and kiss close me and number close me and possibly try and f close me but i've never had a girl tell me that she wanted us to be together as in relationship way. girls can't make decisions in that respect.

Sometimes they will, but that's not their job, and it doesn't feel as natural for them to do it. So man up and bear the burden of leadership of your own shoulders and everyone wins.

I #closed a guy last night. I was unsure if I had to leave the venue, so I said, "Let me get your number in case I don't get to see you again tonight." He gave it to me, I stuck my cheek out, inviting the kiss on the cheek, he complied, and I walked away with a little wave.

Yea, when im on the top of my game girls will escalate me. Like if im talking to a girl she might get in real close and start whispering stuff, or if they are tipsy try to make out- but don't count on it, somtimes i will use the "two steps forward one step back" thing and soon they are taking all the steps forward and i just have to relax as they try to pick me up... But i do about 90% in most cases.
