Hello all. I came up with this DHV the other day watching one of mystery's videos. always in sake of the "Be Interesting" principle, I'm SPAM this for you guys to rate and give an opinion. Haven't field tested it yet.

I find it very interesting but for some reason I cant picture myself telling the story in a bar or a nightclub, I mean not sure it's bar talk material.

BTW: It not a story from my livings. It's about an interesting fact.

PUA: hey do you believe in prophecies and all that stuff?
HB: (whatever she says)
PUA: because talking with some friends the other day one of the mentioned that.. you know the Titanic right?
HB: yeah of course
PUA: good,, if not I was just walking away haha... ok get this fourteen years before the Titanic an American writter published a story about a fictional ship - The Titan - which sank an april night in the atlantic ocean when it hit an iceberg.. in both there was a lack of lifeboats, weighted the same and both were supposed to be unsankable.
HB: (comentary of some kind)
PUA: then in 1935 a sailor on board of the Titanian starts getting scared as the ship gets near the area both Titanic and Titan sank.. to make it worse the guy was born the day the Titanic sank! a while after the scream there was danger ahead and get away of an iceberg for little. Coincidence? I think not..

now - I'm very aware that, whether the story is good or not, there's an evident lack of continuity at the end. What I mean is, what the hell to ask related with the story to allow the multithread take place?

wha?? this is not a DHV story in any way. A DHV story displays higher value about YOU. Where are you in this story? Nowhere. You need to come up with stories about yourself and things you've done, preferably true but whatever, not wierd off-the-kilter stories about fake titanics.

Not to mention, this story doesnt even hit any points which could conceivably DHV anyone, if it even had a protagonist in it.

Common DHV points:

-A leader of men
-Care about family members
-Preselected by women

There are others, but those are the big three and Im too hungover to think very hard about the subject. Homework: Write a new story about yourself which can be told in three minutes or less, which is preferably humorous and entertaining, and which contains subtle references to at least two of the points above.

first of all thx for the reply.

now as I said, it is not the conventional DHV story,, I've got stories about my life and nights out and all of that, as I'm well aware of the alpha male-attraction triggers

but in the other hand you have interesting stuff to share that sometimes don't involve you as your actions but as your knowledge..

Idk it's my point of view.. still I think the story itself, as I said, is not really pickup material but you see my point?

heh sorry cant say I do... Its absolutely not a DHV story, unconventional or otherwise, and as you say, its "not really pick-up" material, and yet you still want to call it a DHV story? Heh no you lost me there...

As for the story, it kinda reminds me of those damn chainposts on youtube, which start out naming all these wierd coincidences and then
if you dont copy paste this ten times then all these bad things will happen to you as well, ala "the Ring." Only with even less originality, which wasnt much to begin with.

Im not trying to burn you or anything, just trying to make sense of the post somehow. I think if you actually field test this story, you will get a lot of funny looks and "oh you are one of those people" and then the occasional girl who is like "omg I totally know like this one time I ate some cheese and totally randomly my cat ate some cheese in another house at the same time and now we TOTALLY both believe in ghosts!!" You know, those girls...

something about your posts make me think it is not the brightest idea to tell this particular story when sarging

hahaha it's ok man I myself had doubts about it, that's way I didn't field test it until I got some critics from here.. got several sticking points lately and story telling ain't the exception..

sometimes you have to burn someone as you say to make them fully realize how bad would they fuck up when doing something, said that I appreciate the responses

take care
