Ummm, how is this any better than
Floss, Toothpaste and a vibrating brush then mouthwash?
With pearldrops or somethign for whitening....

Madals: The key ingredients are the hydrogren peroxide and baking soda/sea salt.

HP mixed with water works 100x better than common mouth washes like Listerine or Scope (which actually induce bad breath so you keep using them).

The baking soda/sea salt is more important than the tooth paste itself. The baking soda will whiten, and leave your mouth in an alkaline state (no cavaties, and no bad breath), and the sea salt acts as an abrasive as stated in the video.

Try it for yourself for a few weeks and see how it goes.

3%, please do not go hunting for 30 and gargle it around in your mouth.

3% is the common stuff you find in a brown bottle at supermarkets, it's cheap, and safe.

Oh and as for how many times a day, usually just once. Sometimes twice, but never more than that (if I have a small snack of almonds for example i wont take 5 minutes to do all this Ill just use some of my toothpaste and maybe baking soda, this process is more for after a large meal).

I just tried out the mouthwash way, I have gotta sort out the ratios lol I am crap at doing it by eye, so I think I am going to make a measuring cup (I have to be accurate-ish as I got 9% so it has to be diluted to 8 parts of other liquid although I think 10 parts would be better).

Definitely got a clean mouth now though tis good stuff

To get really white teeth:

1: Get a kitchen towel.
2: Put a little toothpaste on it (no water!)
3: Rub the toothpaste, which is on the kitchen towel, with your index finger on your teeth.

Do this a couple of times and you will have really white teeth in no time!

ok, I didn't watch all this because it's kind of boring but I definitely with the flossing bit. I used to never floss but now I do once or twice a day and it makes a HUGE difference in breath, seriously, do it.

Did you say to use floridated toothpaste or non-floridated? I couldn't understand your voice at points. Other than that, excellent video.

I would use floridated, because it actually helps strengthen your teeth. Most states actually have this in their tap water already, but no where near what you need on a daily basis. (Philly and NJ dont have Floride in their water)

Great advice here. Never thought about trying to whiten my teeth but i suppose the benifit to your smile when attracting women would be very helpful.
