Here is my situation.
I have been trying to pick up a girl for 2 weeks. I am almost 100% she is interested however she seems old fashion, doesn't go out, doesn't drink, doesn't date so it is really hard. She works all the time as a waitress so I have been going see her at her restaurant. (I know a little AFC but I play it cool and thats the only way I can see her) She has sent mem many IOIs in the past and she is not flirty with anybody.
I changed # recently and sent her my new # and she deleted the txt so asked me to send her a new one. Should I send her a new txt with my #?
I used to txt her a lot a while back but I stopped because I met another girl... and now I'm trying to get her again. I wonder if txting can help me or I shouldn't give it to her again since she got rid of it.
I am not sure of my game plan. Going to see her at the restaurant seem like a dead-end, but texting might not be great either... any ideas or suggestions? Am I better off flirting in person and trying to escalate while she is working or via the phone? This girl refuses all my dates offer because either she is working or she doesn't want to.

She is refusing to go out with you because she isn't that interest to go out with you. You can try to get back in touch with her, but work on getting her interest up more. As far as texting her vs seeing her at work, I would go with seeing her at work. Texting her will more than likely result in her deleting it as she may not read it as she has no clue who it is from. And when you do see her, say that you where busy and got caught up in things and would like to see what has been going on with her.
