Below is what I learned and did to help sort out my inner game.Its not written very well and might not make sense to alot of people but if it helps atl east one person in some way the post is worthwhile.

Once you start asking yourself "should I do something" your already telling yourself the answer.

The answer is YES.But are you confident enough to go ahead and do what you want to do?You may feel insecure whether its about the unknown or how people will judge you.
You live one life, one chance to make the most out of it.You find yourself asking questions whether or not you should do something. The only way to get your answer is by actually going out and doing it.

You go out and try something new, whether its a sports club or even just going out trying to meet new people.But you have a negative experience, "never again"............... is the response so many people have.

If you fall down you can stay down, wait for someone to pick you up or get back up yourself.
Those who get back up themselves will have most success in life.

A fear, if not the biggest fear people have is death.
The reason people fear death is because of the unknown.People are afraid of the unknown.They are afraid to approach a girl because they don't know how she will react.They are afraid to try something new because of the unknown.
When you want to do something, you may hear a little voice in your head telling you everything that could go wrong.If you listen to that voice, your jumping into a dark hole.If you keep listening to this voice it will prevent you from living the awesome life that you can live.When you have the voice in your head telling you not to do something, You must go ahead and do it otherwise you will get anxious and not be confident.
Personally my biggest fear is lying on my death bed and asking myself "What if?"

There are times when you try something new and you have a negative experience.It just didn't go well for you.This doesn't mean it will always be a negative experience every time you do this.If you don't do something again after having a bad experience its making things worse because every time you go to or do what caused the bad experience your brain associates negative thoughts to the experience, this can hold you back greatly in becoming a confident person.

You approach a girl and she says "Fuck off, your ugly" that could seriously damage some guys.If it ever happens to you its your job to change that negative experience into a positive one.
Steps you can take e.g learn pick-up, learn about good fashion like how to dress well, learn about good body language like the body language of an alpha male etc.........
after this then approach a girl and see how she reacts.If you already did this it means she could be just having a bad day so don't let it effect you, just go approach another girl and well if you get a similar response your doing something wrong just don't start to believe negative thoughts about yourself.

In short imagine the person you want to be and then become that person.There will always be a voice in your head saying what could possibly go wrong.You have to ignore this it can and will be hard but its what you got to do.Remember if something goes wrong thats just a challenge for you to make right.If someone can do something you can learn to do it.
