How about these?

Excuse me quick question, (then time constraint). Is it ok to break up with someone in a text message?


Me- Quick question (then time constraint), Ive been dating this girl for two weeks now but she just sent me a text message asking if we were boyfriend and girlfriend...what should i tell her?

- blah blah she answers..

Me- Don't you think that 2 weeks is a little soon to be asking that question?


Anyways ive tried both these out once each...I got a very good response from the first one, but on the second opener the girl basically just walked away...


I want to know what you guys think...any suggestions?

I totally agree I dont even use opinion openers.
