Read up on some stuff here and practice until you can easily interact and spark interest most girls you meet just for fun, even if you arent interested. And then just take it from there.
If you've had any success at all you'll know that interest and attraction will exist before the person even thinks about your single status, the are you single conversation kills more game than it creates leave it for later on.

Single rooms are great no roomate to have to worry about busting in on you. She'll know you don't have a roomate once she's in your room. Its almost like your trying to say you have a single room so you can get a response from her like "OMG you have a single room have sex with me now!!!" It's like you're trying to use that as a crutch. Don't do that if she ask tell her then. _________________ Effort surpasses Talent, but of course I already have Talent I'm just putting Effort on Top of that

Yeh like ^ he said. Don't bother bringing it up. It'll do it's own work when she see's it, telling her that is like trying to pick up a girl by saying hey i drive that over there and my name is blah blah blah...
