yeah so i can talk to a girl w/e but i have a hard time escalating kino like i just cnt bring myself to do it any tips? idk like when im sitting down talkin to a girl its cool w/e talkin flirting w/e but like im not to sure like touchin her and stuff like i cnt think of a way to do it like to raise kino

It will feel very unnatural to begin with, especially for me (I hate physical contact) but keep working on it and you will get it. Also try not to think about it, that seems to make it weird.

As for the actual methodology the guy above has nailed it :)
