Before I even found out about the underground PUA system, I was okay with women. I'd had a few attractive ones, and I was with one at the time, let's call her X. Anyway, a bad break up later, and I find I fancy X's friend, let's call her C. So I ask C out for a shinding, and it goes bad. She wont come because X would be mad, and she doesn't see me in that way.

So I found this circuit, I've utilised it, I've tried and succeeded getting girls. But now I want to retry this girl. Anyone have any suggestions? X still abuses me to this girl and her other friends, so I suppose you can consider this as me experimenting on a longitudinal set and routine.

Right, I think it's time to figure out my time scale. Seeing as I have to undo god knows how many weeks/months of X dragging my name through the dirt, I've got a plan.

First, I'll use an opinion opener and build more rapport with the group as a whole, giving me an advantage as X will be in the minority. DHV with storytelling, possibly some fun things like cube, magic tricks or some such shit. Then basically create a generic comfort phase with help from the truth game or something.

I can use these whenever I'm in their group; considering I sometimes do children's parties, it makes it more feasible for me to try magic tricks etc on them.

Obviously this whole set will take some time, but thoughts on the first few days/weeks? This should get me through their skulls, but any othe rideas will be greatly appreciated.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you already know this chick through your ex girlfriend then do you need to do an opinion opener to talk to her, much less go into a DHV routine and all that?

I'm a total newb here and I try and resist posting because of that. But I would also think that taking "weeks" to open a set is a bit of a stretch. Mostly because over that time line the set isn't static, so every time you talk to this person they are in a different group. And from what I've read here from the other PUA's they all seem to be on the single night time line for a number close or better.

Now as I pointed out I'm a newb so take that with a grain of salt. But honestly I'd say if she's good enough friends with your ex to turn you down for a date "because X would be mad" then she is probably good enough friends with your ex to just put a permanent bitch shield up every time she sees you.

Your points are valid, so let me put down why I've posted it here first, and then my reasons for saying it'll be a set.

I've put it down here because I use PUA techniques in my interactions with men and women now, in any situation *shrugs* It's become almost natural, bar a few exceptions.

The reason I'm saying this is going to be a set is because, although I'm friends with the group as a whole, X seems to have taken lessons in persuasive speaking or some such, because she can twist and turn words to suit her purpose. As such, I need to redo DHV to C and possibly the rest.

I've been out of the social circuit, or their one, for awhile now, busy learning this stuff. Anyway, basically, it'll be like starting from scratch. The reason it'll take awhile is because, although I want C, I have to also DHV to all of the girls, and these are the sort that do not like men unless they are sure he's got cash, period. C and A, another friend, aren't like that, but C is very surceptible to her friends mindsets.

This making sense?

Basically, I am going to lay out every trick I know, every routine I can think of, and every single night out with them I am going to twist and turn my way, machiavellian style, towards my goal, without X being able to do anything because, after all, every bad word she's saying about me is being shown to be a lie by her friend's enjoying my company. I'm planning on utilising this, once it's all planned out, the week after my birthday, so... Two weeks or thereabouts.

EDIT: Oh, and I asked her for the date while I was still AFC, so yeah, didn't go about it the right way.

EDIT2: And the group has not changed in a few years, it's static itself, bar a few extras that I've put in there to "big me up". I was Machiavellian before learning this shit, so I had an advantage
