its a shit test question and it feels like a yes or no question. the only think to do is give a non answer, and avoid being sucked into "their" game which is to actually answer the question.

The classic yes no question they teach in journalist school is... "have you stopped beating your wife?"... see, it looks like a yes/no question, but you cant answer it.
