Would you mind showing a link to some medical evidence of your claims?
Do be serious, milk takes calcium out of your bones
And as for all that you said about the protiens causing something or other awful to happen to you, all protiens are made of amino acids. Your body builds up amino acids into the correct protiens for your body. Its how protien digestion works, i will use meat as an example. Meat is muscle of an animal, you eat it, its broken down into protien strands, the protiens are broken down into amino acids. Your messenger RNA in the nucleulus of your cells takes a complimentary copy of your genetic code to ribisomes in your cell cytoplasm where free amino acids are built in a chain according to the DNA sequence. These chains of amino acids fold up into different shapes depending on the amino acid order to form protiens.
As for saying there is blood puss etc etc in there, guess what, there is that in meat and everything else etc etc.
Did i mention that dairy products are recomended as a main part of human diet? Doctors and nutritionists that spend YEARS studying things recomend it, odd that.
See the section there saying "MILK AND DAIRY FOODS"
Doctors also recoment milk and dairy stuff to people with low calcium levels, yet you say it take away calcium.
If you show me a medical study/evidence that your claim milk is bad for you is true, I will take it all I have said back (unless ofc you are lactose intollerent, then it is bad for you).
I will however say like all things, its important to have it in balence, dont drink obsessive amounts of milk and nothing else. Its a "BALENCED" diet for a reason..
Madals
p.s. Dream, this isnt meant to be a moan at you, just what your saying is bull shit imo and you have shown no medical or scientific evidence for your claims.
Edit: Full cream milk still has the benifits however also has some draw backs, such as a higher amount of fats. Semi-skimmer or skimmed milk is far better for you.
