When you meet up with any of these girls, you want to set the frame right away that this isn't friend time.
So that means, right when you meet them, go in for a hug and maybe a kiss on the cheek.
A way to make this more natural is also to spin the conversation sexually in some way prior to you guys meeting up. It's another way they know what they are getting into.
So like I said with going in for the hug, just ASSUME that the girl is your best friend. You normally take a little while to warm up to new people, I was the same way, just PRETEND they are your close friend already.
