I really feel that my excercise is great I run 6 miles every other day and lift some wieghts.(don't rly know if its help shed the man boobs)I know if can change my food intake my wieght loss will skyrocket.but that has never been a easy task for me I have no idea where to even start.
Help is highly appreciated.
