Has anyone tried this? I was thinking of creating a fake facebook account with some models picture then adding myself as a friend and commenting on my page as the model as if the girl wants to do stuff with me. I have a bunch of other girls on my friends list and if they see this, i think it will improve my social proof. Also if some other people want to try this we could add each other as friends on facebook with the girls account and comment on each others account. If you get 10 people then its 10 girls. If anyone wants to try this then message me.

I am not an expert on this matter but i think that you shouldnt, my opinion is that you have to be honest, you just need to make your truth more interesting, if you start liying like that probably in a amoment you are going to make amistake and the girl is going to catch you.

i mean it wouldnt hurt but i would suggest not puling a picture of a model because that would be way to obvious. instead, find a picture else where of a normal looking hot girl.

but grezzy is right, you might get caught up in a lie and it might come back to hurt you. but if it doesnt backfire, i dont see a problem with it

I dont see how it can backfire because on facebook you cant even look at a person's profile unless your there friend. So unless you tell them the truth i dont see how they would find out. Of course i could go get pictures that are not models just to make it look a little bit more real. There are a million hot girl's pictures on myspace, which would be easy to take and just make a facebook account with and the odds that the girls on my account know them would be 1 in a million. Especially if i took girls from other countries pictures and made accounts.

I dont see the difference in using a lie to gain social proof. Its the same as using an opener like "My friend broke up with his girlfriend over a text message, do you think its right." to gain social proof even though you never had a friend with a girlfriend who broke up. Its only a lie if you get caught.

thinking about it maybe it is a good idea, but if I were doing it I wouldn t write more than a couple coments, I have seen cases when by a mistake you say something that you shouldnt and it discover the truth, probably for just a few comments everything is gonna be all right.

You could also just add some girls you find attractive and strike up a conversation with them...

On one hand I think it would be a great idea though it would b interesting to see how you can pull this off correctly.

On the other hand, I agree with "Extremo" about making your "truth" more interesting. Also this is ultimately what you really want to do, to build a life around the things that you like to do and meeting people who share you passions.

I also like "srob22x"'s idea of adding people to your friend list that share your same interests and starting a conversation with them. It's very likely that something more authentic spawns out of this method.

i have already done this
on myspace, not facebook though.
i see random girls' profiles who live far away, steal their pictures and make fake accounts. i have 2 fake accounts now haha. i use them to make my girlfriend jealous by commenting on my pictures. it really does work. field-tested. but don't use models, just regular girls who are cute/hot. my fake profiles are both HB 8's.

some games like mesmo entourage and the blood ones have forums of people asking to be added as friends. add ones from there and you already have something to start a conversation about!
