OK boys, let's brainstorm. I've tried a number of different things, but have never found a way to get past the "You probably say that to every girl..." shit test. Usually somewhere during the isolation... It goes along with the "How many girls have you tried that with?" and the like.

I've tried:

"Not EVERY girl..."

"Just you... today..."

"Just the pretty ones..."

... and I'm open to some field tested responses, or just plain ol' guesses!

Game on!

HB: "You probably say that to every girl..."

PUA: "No not at all...only the last hundred or so..."

or

PUA: "Yep! Do you know why?"
HB: "No why?"
PUA: "Because that's my way of finding out if the girl is worth it or not. And you just passed the test, we're gonna have so much fun...but you seem a bit dorky. Are you a dork?" Etc.

or

Sometimes I get this shit test when the girl is really into me and we are in S1 or around that stage. She says it with a sort of pout or whining expression. So I say:

PUA: Yeah, you're right. I'll tell you something I don't do to other girls though...

(Grab her shoulder, left eye stare at her right eye, defocus eyes, tilt head, pretend heads are magnets, grab her close and kiss her. Obviously this happens much faster then I wrote). What I just said there is a way of validating her. You can choose any way of validating her.

Finally, a few important notes.

You can respond to and "pass" the shit test as in my first few responses. Alternatively you could "vibe" as Tyler Durden and the RSD community teaches. This assumes that what she is really saying by that shit test, is that she wants to get with you, she just doesn't want to be "another girl", or you hit her ASD. So you don't need to "pass" some stupid "shit test", instead, just respond by qualifying her, because that's all that you need to do, that's all that vibing is. You're either in or your out.

Although I hate TD, I have to admit RSD has some bare technology there. That is very clever.

One final thing, never deny what she said or get defensive. You'll notice all of my responses initally AGREED with her.
