live with it if you can't beat it. nervousness will blow away after a few dates with different girls. You must to have a good brains to persuade yourself to don't be nervous. With the first, i MEAN FIRST! girl i was very nervous, with the second too, but with all the other girls i'm myself(yes, i'm in control and i gained needed abilities so i do not need to think what to say or what to do on each step). Patience and your panic will be gone

Nervousness comes from future expectations. You're already thinking about what you want to happen and afraid it wont. If you thought she was just going to show up and give you the finger then walk away would you still be nervous? Expect nothing and if something does happen great, if not then it's not a loss because you will learn something from the night.

I am not going to lie to you...I am jealous that you are nervous. I love that feeling. All the adrenaline pumping, its exciting. I dont feel it anymore.
I feel kinda bad about it because I feel empty when im with a girl my heart is calm, im chill. I wish there was some physiological rush, but there isnt anymore.
I think it is a good thing that you are nervous, Its more fun that way and it lets you know you are alive. Savor it, after a while you will no longer experience it.
