whats the best method and tecniques for feelings comfortable around good looking women, and especialy those when u realised that your past the first phase and actually attracted to you, so far it seems i have a great problem with this. i cant shut off from thinking about how beautiful she is and how i mite end up with a kiss or a number, my head gets cloudy and i leave with nothing! help! thanks - jodester

The best way to tackle AA is to simply power through it. Force yourself to approach and after the approach you will be feeling like a million dollars, regardless of whether or not it goes well. If you get blown out then great, you have something to calibrate with and if it goes great and the set hooks, then great you're on the way to closing. Simply knowing that you'll have a hell of a lot of fun after even one approach is enough to have yourself juggernaut your way through any mental barriers you have.
