| Well, most of the stuff I read and watched deal with picking up girls in clubs and bars. I don't really go their yet b/c Im not even old enough lol. Im turning 18 this month. Anyway, noone really touches on how to be social with girls and groups in schools. The thing is, I think that when you have your first day in a class, I go to a community college, I think you have to set your personality quick. Be like the playful but chill guy. Because I've noticed that in my math class, Im a bit quiet and now that if I ever started to talk a lot, it'd be like, whoa. Know what I mean?
In my english class, there is this girl I like. And well, we have never talked until I've watched some videos and blogs on the internet about picking up lol. Just for fun, thats how i found this site.
I know she, *ahem*, burns... For class, we had to write an essay thats has an argument and mine was about weed and how it actually isn't harmful. They had to correct it and stuff, so, I gave it to her a day before.
Now for today, our teacher had us group into 2's and gives us a sheet that we have to correct stuff. And some reason, she sits next to me, for some reason... And comes really close. Then yeah... while were correcting it, she was like saying how she really liked me essay lol. And then, for some reason, I randomly was like "do you burn too?" lol, I think that was too fast. And she said "no." But I know she does cuz her ring tone was by collie buddz, and also I remember her saying a few days back that she wanted some herb. So I guess that indicates that she was thinking that I was trying to get her to smoke with me.... And for some reason, as time was going on in class, I thought about what I read online and how you should just practice being social, don't hesitate to talk and just let it out, that'll build up confidence. So I started talking and I kinda feel comfortable, after like 20 minutes lol. And then she talked to someone and she was talking about something related to weed... And I was like "i thought you..." and she was just smiling and the signals kinda got distorted.
And she was asking me what I was getting in class and I said I got an A. And I asked her if shes gonna go to eng 100, but she was saying that he grades arent good b/c of her essays. I asked her what teacher she might get and basically I just said like what the easy teachers are. And the convo kinda stopped.
Now that Im home, I realized that I halt a lot. When she said "no" about the burning, should I have like jokingly pointed out her ring tone and what she said before? And when we were talking about her classes, what could I have said to continue the convo? Should I have talked about what shes gonna major in? Like how can I keep this social thing going with me and her. Schools gonna end in 2 weeks .... :[
