Ive got the training down, haha so I dont need advise on that. I know a TON about nutrition and supps. but Im always open to new ideas, Im looking for some good suggestions for eating "clean" you know lean meats, white meats like chicken breast or tuna. Any suggestions will be taken into consideration, Ive gotta cut 30lb by march 7th which isnt hard at all, hell 10 will be dehyrdating/not eating before weigh-ins but Id prefer to go in and not have to dehyrate myself, thanks guys

As a wrestler, I can tell you that cutting weight UNLESS you have the fat to cut weight is a terrible path to take, from my experiences it has costs me a few important matches, you get gassed out twice as fast when you cut weight. But if you want to cut fat and fast, get your cardio going I run 4 miles a day, drink a lot of water, eat every 3 hours(small meals). This is the best tip I know... Do not take any supplements it is all marketing ploy bullshit that you do not need, if you eat correctly(meats, greens, veges, fruits etc) you GET ALL YOUR Nutrition which is needed/recommended. Buying protein is the biggest scam out there. I have never taking one supplement or went to the gym once to pump iron(all natural) and I am ripped.
