Ok so I just recently became a member here, but i have known about the game for a little while. I went out with my roommate tonight to a local restaurant and had this HB8 as our waitress. I ran the hired gun waitress routine and she seemed very interested, showing some IOI's by asking where my roommate and i lived, kept stopping by my table to talk to us, and just generally was very accepting. she seemed like a very nice girl so i could not figure out if she was being nice because she is a waitress and has too or was genuinely interested. She was talking to both my roommate and I so it was fairly hard to see who she was interested in, although i had run the routine. I hit a snag at the end tho and not really sure how its going to turn out. Conversation went as follows.
HB8: (as she fumbles with her notebook thingy) How are you guys doin tonight? (Not even looking at us).
ME: GREAT! aren't you going to tell us your name and that you will be our waitress tonight? I mean isn't that mandatory?
HB8: haha ya i was getting to that..., my name is *name* and ill be your waitress tonight! what can i start you guys off with?
ME: Well if your guys don't card here ill take a bud lite other wise surprise me.
HB8: What did you forget your ID tonight? (Im Only 19)
ME: ya ya thats what happened i guess i just forgot it.
HB8: OK so you want me to surprise you with a diet coke or somethin?
ME: COME ON! you cant tell me what your gonna give me before you get it for me and whats this about the diet? ARE YOU CALLING ME FAT?!! (As Im a wrestler naturally i would say that i am in fairly good shape)
HB8: hahaha no definately not calling you that.
HB8: ok ok ill surprise you and bring you something good.
(she comes back with a drink)
HB8: OK CLOSE YOUR EYES I HAVE A SURPRISE!!
(she sets down random drink)
ME: what is this? is this what you drink? haha i hate *drink*
HB8: are your serious?
ME: haha whatever ill drink it but next time choose something better (wink).
HB8: ok (roommate asks whats good and she recommends something)
ME: i think ill browse the menu for a bit, and you can come back to us please.
HB8: haha ok ill be back in a few.
(she returns)
HB8: did you guys decide yet?
ME: ya i think that we will get what you suggested, BUT if its not good you'll here about it (jokingly)
HB8: ha ok like you probably wont give me a tip huh?
ME: exactly.
(i finish my drink she comes back)
HB8: so you want a refill?
ME: mmmhhhmmmmm and like i said surprise me
HB8: alrighty brb
(brings me a drink and i magically love it)
ME: that is delicious. you are getting good!
HB8: Can you guess what it is?
(Like a jackass i guess it wrong and she just giggles and doesnt tell me...at this point im thinking it may be spiked with saliva)
(She leaves comes back with our food)
ME: oh that does look good. so what do you do for fun other than flirt with cute guys and wait tables?
HB8: who ever said i was flirting with you?
ME: hey easy i never said you were flirting with me just that you flirt in general with cute guys.
ME: anyways this can't be the only thing you do, do you go to school or somethin?
HB8: OH YA I GO TO SCHOOL AT *name* (from here i fluff and talk to her about a few different things throwing a neg in from time to time and my roommate joins the conversation)
ME: well you better get back to work before you get fired. (i was kinda hungry haha).
HB8 ACTUALLY there is not much goin on here but ill leave you alone haha.
ME: ya thanks im tryin to eat here geez! (Joking)
(she came back twice more and started a conversation asking where i lived and stuff to which i replied "why are you going to stalk me?" and where i go to school and what my roommate does and random shit like that)
(she comes back with our checks we paid with cards, she came back)
ME: well this has been fun, we should get together sometime, put your number in here (holding my phone to her).
HB8: haha oh you think its that easy huh? (holds my phone, looks at me, the phone, me, the phone, very hesitant looks like shes about to do it...)
ME: haha ya i know its that easy.
HB8: well here why dont i do this... (says my and my roommates name... kinda glances at me and then my roommate like she is hesitant)
ME: i dont ever recall introducing ourselves...
HB8: ya i know you didnt but its on your cards...
(I act like im not gonna give her my number and she puts her pen down)
(i pick it up and write down my number on the back of a receipt then my roommate does the same).
HB8: well i actually have to turn these in buuut...(hands me another piece of paper which i write and my roommate follows and at this point i could not remember for the life of me her name, so i looked on the reciept discretely)
HB8: well what do you guys do for fun?
ME: anything pretty much we just moved out here and have been pretty busy.
(My roommate talks about a go cart track they just built and she seemed pretty interested)
HB8: ya ok lets do that sometime.
ME: well it was very nice to meet you *name*, have a wonderful night.

So pretty much im so damn confused. what the hell was her method of madness, was she just being nice and got our numbers to humor us? and if she intends on really contacting us, who the fuck is she interested in? this was really my first real sarge for a number and i feel like i did tons of shit wrong. any help would be greatly appreciated. oh and sorry this is so long :/
