So, I met this girl on myspace. Long story short, she gave me her number and said "don't be shy, ask me on a date?"

So I tried calling her about a week ago and she sent me a text back saying she was at a nephews function, and that she would call me in 20 minutes.

Since then we have been texting. She will not always answer back on a text. Just leaves me hanging. Then out of the blue she texts me something like "hey sexy, sorry been busy, when can you talk?"

This has been going on and on. She won't get on the phone! Always an excuse. But, acts as if she wants to talk

I think I am going to freeze her out for a day. Any suggestions?

I'm no expert, but I'd freeze her out since that's what she's doing to you. Show her you're man enough that you won't talk that shit unless she gives you time of day.

On the other hand... you don't want to kill a fire that hasn't started. Hard to tell.

im not expert either.. but, have had the same thing a bit.. it depends what ur textin her in the first place. are u writing boring shit like had god day did this and that or really interesting msgs that she will have to write back to? try and trigger emotional response from her.. maybe drop a neg and run with it then pull her back a few msgs later, i found can be successful or a completely random thought provoking question.

but i would leave it for a bit first like a day maybe or a few hours atleast to make sure she knows ur a busy guy and ur not just some overexcited puppy that bounces over when u get some interest

whatever she was upto, you was totally in her frame but u turned it around and now she's in yours and you can give her attention when it suits you and ignore her persistent txts the rest of the time. In that way you can keep her wanting more.
