I think you want to feign some kind of shock at her response but Im not sure of the benefit of putting the focus on what she sees 'in the hallways'. cos it seems like her answer is in some ways reflective of her opinion of platinum blondes.

okay so she has already complied to your request and qualified herself to you. also, she's showing DLV by getting defensive. to me this is a great opportunity... if she truly was as "uninterested" as she is projecting, she wouldn't need to even respond to you. I mean this is the internet, it's 100 times easier to ignore someone, and not suffer social consequences for being a bitch.
