My biggest problem in the game is my ego and I'm doing everything wrong when i follow it. So my question is:

How to silence your ego, or at least how to stay aware of your ego?

as you hinders your EGO?

Your ego will always screw you ever when you are trying to "pickup" girls. You will start seeing them more as objects than people and that is not the frame of mind you want to be in, no matter what anybody else says.

There's no quick fix for overcoming this problem, you just live and learn. Just keep trying to ignore what your ego says and after some, maybe many mistakes and cock-ups you'll find that it has just disappeared. But you aren't alone, I think a lot of us have had this problem at some point or another, I think that it's just down to a large amount of success with girls in a short space of time (i.e starting out on "The Game")

well, i don't even know when it's my ego talking to me. I wanna see some examples or at least be able to tell myself that right now my ego is driving me.

Read The Power of Now. It's a great book and basically teaches you to do exactly what you are asking, silence the ego.

It's not always cut and dry but more often than not, when you stop enjoying yourself or the girl stops enjoying herself during the interaction and you don't let it drop then it is safe to say you're being driven by your ego.

Basically if you feel driven to pick up a girl when you aren't attracted to her or you aren't having fun then the chances are your ego is talking to you.

Ask yourself this " Am i in this for myself or am i just trying to impress other people?"

"am I Acutally listening to other people advice? or am I just doing what the fuck I want.?"

It really depends on how Big of an Ego you got really. Everyone has an ego Just depends on how far you go with it. Some people have big enough Egos where it makes them stubborn and big assholes.
