I tried this today but I froze. Btw this is my first approach and I had alot of anxeity.

Me: Excuse me, can i get your opinion on something? If a guy
wanted your number would you want to be asked directly or indirectly?
Hb: I probably wouldn't give out my number.
Me: O ok, Thanks... (with a grin on my face, then i walk off)

Now that I think about it i should have countered with "How do you meet guys?" or something like that.

I think I might give it another go tomorrow. I got her to stop and give her opinion so I think I did ok.
