People say time heals all, but I don't believe that. Its what you do with that time that allows you to heal.

My advice is to get out there and do something for yourself. Don't try to focus on a relationship right now. Find out who you are again. And then once you have that set, then you can start looking for a relationship.

I'm in a similar situation in which I still love my ex. I've gotten much better since when we first broke up. But now I know that at first I never let myself heal. I just sat there feeling sorry for myself hoping she would just break down and come back to me. Then I got away from her and went to college for a year and that really helped me (out of sight out of mind). Now she's at the same college with me, but I'm able to be with her and not get all depressed.
