I'd take it as a pretty strong IOI dude. Maybe she went bragging to all her friend's about how much she liked you and was coming to your house. Then, she didn't want to look like a complete loser and lied about almost having sex with you. Also, you said everything but having sex hapened. Maybe that's her definition of almost having sex.
