Hey guys,
A HB texted me and told me how she was at a restaurant with good food and stuff. I said something like "I'm in class. have fun, fatty".

And then she replied by calling me "skinny".

I am a skinny kid, although I'm toned because I lift. I really don't mind getting called that, but if you wanna game her, that shit don't fly! What is a good response/counter for her "neg"?

it was actually a tactic I use to get the moderators to answer questions instead of me. they usually be like: the forum would like to apologize for mrfickle's lack of congeniality what he was trying to articulate but couldn't was the fact that ___ blah blah blha you get the picture. lol thanks for the reputation points you've killed me with kindness I guess :wink:

but basically this is simply flirting. not negs, negs have nothing to do with this negs are basically something you use to make a girl think your not hitting on her. You've got this girls number, and she reponded to your texts so your free to hit on her. :D

I hope to god you havn't responded to that message please tell me you havn't.

anyways girls favorite thing to text me is "hey loser" and that's fine I have no hard feelings about that I understand it was meant to be playful and fun and even an indicator of interest. So instead of being offencive by replying with something like "hey *fill in insult here* I simply respond with

"you misspelled attractive young man :wink: "

thus bringing them to laughter and they usually respond with something else funny blah blah blah its simply banter my friend.

dont anchor bad insulting things to your name on her phone. if a girl talks to me she knows that it will be fun and playful or hot and arousing from the START. no insults, no I hate you kindergarden shit. non of that.


the idea's behind gaming and pua arnt to be assholes even though i do admit it can be very very tempting sometimes to just blow off a preplanned date at the last minute. the idea is to be nice but give her space to miss you (a concept most assholes understand that nice guys dont)

Dhumper . You say you are skinny but toned, or ripped. You don't realize how lucky you are. I used to be the same size. and ripped.
Now i am sexy and muscular. No lie.
Heres how to be that. (you are lucky) PS i attract women fuckin every where i go, muscles help i dont care what anybody says.

1) Whatever you weigh, 140 or whatever, take that much protein in grams everyday 6 days a week.(you can skip 1 day) I weighed 140 in the past so i did 150 grams protein. (shakes, eggwhites, tuna,water, beef stew in cans) thats almost all i eat. lol but im sexy. and women tend to be Very receptive to me.

2)You need to use dumbells, or a bar. not fuckin machines, they wont put any mass on you. I do biceps, 45lbs precher curls about 6-8 reps. triceps (bar behind neck sitting)40 lbs. 6-8 reps. chest, it all depends on how big u wanna get. i do 55lbs on each side. ALWAYS DO 4 SETS. WAIT ABOUT 3 MINUTES BETWEEN SETS. NO LESS OR YOU WILL NOT GROW.

3)After working out, immediately drink a protein shake. 32G, to 50g. unless you can find a higher dosage lol. Your muscles will soak the protein and stay perfect. Before you go to bed, take some protein. I suggest a shake. Do about 2 bodyparts a day. ALWAYS keep a 2 days in between a certain muscle work out. Biceps for example.

4)Diet. You can take the protein in any form you want. Just make sure you get more natural protein (tuna eggs) than supplement protein.(shakes) trust me.

5)It is very simple, but it takes a little time to grow mass. Give it a few months. but you will get bigger and bigger during that time frame.

Success: This works. But it only works for skinny males. or skinny males with skinny muscle. Protein (your weight in grams) and heavier weights is The ONLY way you will gain solid mass. Unless you want to risk taking creatine or sterods which will Both hurt you in the long run. I promise you.

You will have the body of your dreams this way. And funny, hardly anyone knows this. It takes motivation. If you look at yourself after the first few workouts and say..."shit, fuck this im not growing at all," you will end up quitting and not working out and this way, you WONT GROW AT ALL. You keep going at it. Despite what any jealous man will say, Woen are attracted to and turned on by a sexy body. Period. I am fuckin living proof. I am handsome as well, but my friend is pretty ugly and has very nice muscles, and he tans. I see how easy women respond to him. He gets them without even trying. He is my homie nobody touches him. lol

lol thanks for helping. I like the "my my aren't you jealous." Thanks for teaching me how to work out lol, I am seeing gains, but I'm very on and off in terms of working out, because I love playin basketball too, and its hard because its hard to shoot hoops after you work out, and if I try to do it the other way around, I'm usually too lazy and tired after playing ball. And being skinny really isn't a huge problem, its just I needed a response for this neg. Thanks though.
