this is the harvard course on positive psychology. The problem with the self help movement is there is alot of woo woo bullshit within it. This course provides rigor and scientific backing for all the techniques it teaches you. I know its long, but I guarantee it will change your life if you let it. It is probably one of the best things I've ever seen and the fact that its free amazes me even more.

I use vlc works just fine and you can basically view anything with it. I'd like some other people to review the course to make sure that I'm not just hyping it up alot because it is free.

Hm that's strange. I tried it with VLC but the video didn't work for me; just the audio did.

It's free and it's a lecture series from Harvard. I think there's enough ethos there to justify any hype :lol:

Just fyi, the quote in your signature is inaccurate. It's "Self-improvement is masturbation. Now, self-destruction..." I'm a Fight Club fanatic. :D

When I click on the links it runs realplayer not vlc and I can't stand realplayer. Is there a way to download the files and then play them rather than streaming? Save As just saves the link.
